There are three distinct options.
ONE:
Take direct cab to hotel. It will take around 45 minutes and cost HK$250 approx.
TWO:
Airport Express Train is the quickest route between the airport and Central Hong Kong; taking just 25 minutes- less to Kowloon. The train runs like clockwork at 12-minute intervals, from 05:50 – 00:48, daily. Tickets are priced at around HK$90 per person. Tickets must be purchased before getting on the train, with ticket vendors stationed at the entrances.
Passengers on the Airport Express can also take advantage of the free Shuttle Bus Services, from both Hong Kong and Kowloon station. The buses will drop passengers at selected major hotels, between 06:20 and 23:10. The Nathan Hotel webpage [http://www.nathanhotel.com/en/location_transportation.html] shows that it’s on the route of free shuttle service.
THREE:
If you are on a tight budget you can take public bus (Route No A21) which will cost around HK$33 per person and take around one hour.

The fastest way is to take the Airport Express Rail Link to the Kowloon Station and take a taxi from there to your hotel. If you buy a r/t ticket the fare is $80 HK each way, the taxi should cost around $30-40 HK to your hotel. The Airport Express takes about 20 minutes to the Kowloon station with only one stop along the way and has luggage racks for all your luggage. The taxi should take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. A taxi all the way will take longer and cost a lot more.
