i try to install and use MSN messenger (the newest version) but once i log in, everything freezes and then automatically, it logs off on its own and i cannot use it. and so i now have to use the oldest msn messenger from XP and it SUCKS!!! i am begging for the best answer and i WILL REWARD YOU ALL MY POINTS I HAVE WHICH IS 88 POINTS!!!

Sorry this is going to be much help… but my computer is XP and I have the newest Windows Live Messenger.
I went onto the website where you download it and looked at all the specs…

Maybe you should check these out to figure out the problem.
just download it from the website i use window vista and I had the old version but I went to msn and sear for “live messanger” and download it from there. if you want to reinstall it first uninstall the old version.
